Fifteen years of study and research on the behavioral needs, in the workplace, makes GMS Talent pretty knowledgeable on, if not an expert in Workplace Performance. We all tend to be less knowledgeable of and under-skilled in the use of Emotional Intelligence. We always say and it is particularly true – IQ (Intelligence Quotient) will get you in, but it is EQ (Emotional Quotient) that gets you to the top.
