Performance Coaching - One-to-one coaching for executives, managers and taleted employees for the purpose of accountability, performance management and emotional balance. The program inxludes:

360 Assessment of talent skills, motivators and behvior
Goal Setting and Goal Getting
Accountability and Assertiveness training
12 one-to-one 1.5 hour sessions with an experienced coach

This is a six month program

Followers, Leaders and the Emotionally Intelligent – Three attributes of high-performing people. Great Leaders understand the importance of being a great follower. Even the greatest of leaders need well honed followership skills. You can be neither with our the “keystone” of Emotional Intelligence. This event includes steps to becoming a great follower and the keys to becoming emotionally aware, both of which lead to great leadership. Participants will:

This is a 12 hour program
